- The miraculous well which were sealed since1912 due to cholera outbreak
- The small chapel which is intended to the Our Lady of the Well is located just behind the Church of Sta. Ana de Manila. The chapel housed the image of the Our Lady of the Well or the The Our Lady of the Abandoned, and a well, which is said to be older than the Church itself. The well is said to be miraculous, give healing to those who believed. Unfortunately, the well was sealed in 1912 due to cholera outbreak. As to this date, the well is still sealed.
- Facing the Capilla de Virgen dela Pozo is a small Chinese temple dedicated to no other than Our Lady of the Well or the Our Lady of the Abandoned. This temple was built by the Chinese people converted into Catholics
